Entry to the market is free for visitors. Standard customer hours are 10:00–15:00 unless otherwise stated on the site or our social channels.

The market is held under cover at the venue, so it runs rain or shine.

Children are welcome but must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

Each stall is operated independently by its vendor. Any purchase you make is a transaction between you and that vendor directly.

Hills Style Market is not a party to individual sales and is not responsible for product quality, pricing, descriptions, returns, or refunds — these are the responsibility of the vendor. Accepted payment methods (cash or contactless) vary by stall.

We welcome individuals, makers, artists, and vintage or pre-loved sellers alike. Submitting an expression of interest or booking form does not guarantee a stall until confirmed by us, and stall placement is decided by us.

Stall sizes are 2m × 2m, 3m × 2m, and 4m × 2m, each including one chair (2.2% credit card fee applies). Tables and clothing racks can be hired subject to availability.

Set-up is from 9:00–10:00 and pack-down is from 15:00–16:00. Stallholders should arrive 10–15 minutes before their allocated time.

Cancellations: fees paid by a confirmed stallholder are non-refundable.

Items for sale must be clean, well-presented, and in good condition. We do not allow counterfeit or fake designer goods, food or drinks, or anything unsafe, offensive, or heavily damaged — non-compliant items or stalls may be removed without refund.

For everyone's comfort, individual stall music is not permitted.

Everyone at the market — visitors and stallholders alike — is expected to behave respectfully towards others. We may ask any person to leave the venue for conduct that is unsafe, unlawful, or disruptive to the market.

We may need to change the date, time, venue, or format of a market, or cancel it, including for reasons outside our control (such as venue availability or safety concerns). Where reasonably possible, we'll let you know in advance by email or on our social channels.

Photos and videos may be taken at the market for use in our marketing, including on our website and social media. By attending, you consent to appearing in this content. If you'd prefer not to be featured, let a member of our team know on the day or contact us at hillsstylemarket@gmail.com.

You attend the market at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or theft arising from your attendance at, or a purchase made at, the market.

Organisers are present throughout the event, but stallholders remain responsible for monitoring their own stock, belongings, and cash handling.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

This website is provided as-is, and we don't guarantee it will always be available or error-free.
